Biography :
It starts in 1996 when David, Vincent and Nicolas decide to start a punk band. Jean-Pierre joined the ranks soon after as the bassist. In their early years Karnaj played hardcore-influenced skatepunk (punkcore). They record their first tape in 1998 but this one will never be released. In 1999 they record a second tape He's The One. that will have lot of success. It will bring the band to play all across province of Quebec. In 2002 they release their first official album Réactif. Only 500 copies were produced and the band are not getting to play much shows. So in the next years the band will move from punk/hardcore to metal.
