Form Follows Failure is a band that comes from Missouri, USA. They started in late 2000 and it was more as a past time than a real band, but with time it became more serious. Unfortunately, for some reasons, they decided to end it around 2004. This band consisted of four guys that had a lot of talent which led them to join some famous punk bands after the disbanding of FFF. Indeed, Matt later joined the band Near Miss where he played for a while. Jevin Kayle is now playing in Much The Same and Josh Segal is now playing in Break The Silence. It's interesting to see how sometimes bands have connections within them!
